2.2 Legal Recourse:

Mimi Delights will take strong legal action against violators, including:

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1 Coverage Area:

We currently deliver within the Ottawa area only, including:

  • Ottawa West and East
  • Stittsville, Kanata
  • Orleans

4.2 Processing Timelines:
  • Cheesecakes: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, typically ready 48 hours from order placement.
  • Muffins: Orders are available for same-day delivery or within 1-2 days, as preferred by the customer.

4.3 Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
