How long does delivery take?

Our cheesecakes are made to order.
From the moment you place your order, please allow up to 48 hours for us to:

  1. Bake your cheesecake fresh
  2. Chill it properly for perfect texture
  3. Package it securely
  4. Deliver it to your door

Most orders are delivered within 48 hours.

Can I choose a specific delivery day or time?

Yes. Custom delivery day and time are possible upon request, depending on availability.

Why does it take 48 hours?

We're an artisan bakery, not a factory.
Each cheesecake is:

  • Mixed, baked, and finished in small batches
  • Properly chilled and set (this alone requires several hours)
  • Packed in secure packaging to protect the cake during delivery

This careful process takes time, and we do not skip steps. Quality and freshness first.

Do you offer same‑day or next‑day delivery?

We do not offer guaranteed same‑day or next‑day delivery, because our cheesecakes require proper baking and setting time.

If you have an urgent request, please:

    • Leave a note in the Comment section at checkout, or

We'll let you know if we can make an exception based on our production and delivery schedule.

When should I place my order for an event?

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 days before your event. The earlier the better.

    • For weekend events, it's best to order by Wednesday/Thursday
    • For large quantity orders, please contact us in advance so we can reserve production time. For multiple cheesecake orders, please place your order as early as possible.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently offer fresh cheesecake delivery to:

If you're just outside these areas, reach out and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.

How much is delivery?

Our standard local delivery rate is $12 in Ottawa and $14 in Gatineau:

Delivery rates are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

How are the cheesecakes packaged for delivery?

To keep your cheesecake safe and fresh, we:

    • Chill it properly before packing
    • Place it in a sturdy cake box
    • Use insulation and/or ice packs when needed
    • Transport it with care so it arrives level and intact

Please place your cheesecake in the refrigerator as soon as you receive it.

How long will my cheesecake stay fresh after delivery?

If stored properly in the refrigerator:

    • Cheesecakes are best enjoyed within 3–4 days
    • They can generally be kept up to 5–7 days, depending on toppings

For longer storage, most cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 1–2 months if wrapped well.
