Delivery FAQ

Our cheesecakes are made to order. From the moment you place your order, please allow up to 48 hours for us to:

1. Bake your cheesecake fresh
2. Chill it properly for perfect texture
3. Package it securely
4. Deliver it to your door

Most orders are delivered within 48 hours . However, urgent exceptions can reduce this delivery time to 24 hours.

Yes. Custom delivery day and time are possible upon request, depending on availability.

You can request a preferred delivery window by:

• Using the Comment/Notes section of the Cart View

We’ll confirm your delivery details with you and do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

We’re an artisan bakery, not a factory. Each cheesecake is:

• Mixed, baked, and finished in small batches
• Properly chilled and set (this alone requires several hours)
• Packed in secure packaging to protect the cake during delivery

This careful process takes time, and we do not skip steps. Quality and freshness first.

Usually we cannot guarantee same‑day or next‑day delivery because our cheesecakes need proper baking and setting time..

We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate you.

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 days before your event. The earlier the better.

• For weekend events, it’s best to order by Wednesday/Thursday
• For large quantity orders, please contact us in advance so we can reserve production time.
• For multiple cheesecake orders, please place your order as early as possible.

We currently offer fresh cheesecake delivery to:

• Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata, Orleans, Stittsville & Gatineau

If you’re just outside these areas, reach out and we’ll let you know if we can arrange delivery.

Our standard local delivery rate is:

• $15 in Ottawa
• $20 in Gatineau

Delivery rates are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

To keep your cheesecake safe and fresh, we:

• Chill it properly before packing
• Place it in a sturdy cake box
• Use insulation and/or ice packs when needed
• Transport it with care so it arrives level and intact

Please place your cheesecake in the refrigerator as soon as you receive it.

If stored properly in the refrigerator:

• Best enjoyed within 3–4 days
• Can generally be kept up to 5–7 days, depending on toppings

For longer storage, most cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 1–2 months if wrapped well.
